Our Founder's Journey
Michael graduated as an Exercise Physiologist from Queensland University of Technology in 2024. His approach to treatment involves a combination of 10 years of university level health education (Exercise Physiology & Nutrition Science), 9 years of experience training clients within the gym, his own training experiences of over 12.5 years and 10 years of outsourced professional coaching (from Strength Coaches, EP’s & Physiotherapists).
Having already worked alongside many Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists whilst completing his studies, he has been able to directly apply his understanding of functional anatomy to his clients and ensure they are able to train around injuries and address problems as they arise for numerous years.

Michael has played a wide variety of sports at a competitive level, with most recently being heavily involved within the powerlifting community.
As he understands the physical demands of competitive sport and the intricate detail of rehabilitation, he believes his experience offers a valuable insight to help work with all individuals.
He has a strong passion for anything strength sport related and other sporting avenues.
